WFSL Creditor Scheme

On 2 March 2011, the Scheme of Arrangement under Part 26 of the Companies Act 2006 ("the Act") proposed by WFSL ("the WFSL Scheme") became effective. The Scheme Supervisors of the WFSL Scheme are Mrs Christine Lavery, Mr Richard Fleming and Mr Edward Boyle of KPMG LLP.

The WFSL Scheme took effect as a compromise of all creditors' claims (other than certain excluded claims) against WFSL at the Record Date (2 March 2011).

Please note that the Bar Date for the WFSL Scheme is 2 June 2011. Claim Forms submitted to the Scheme Supervisors after the deadline of 2 June 2011 will be rejected.
